配送ポリシー

Once your purchase has been completed, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the email address that we have on file for you. This e-mail acts as an invoice and includes your order number.

Our standard order processing time is up to two business days. However, we may need a little more time to process your orders during peak periods.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.The estimated transportation time for logistics after shipment is 7-20 days.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number & a photo of the item.  After 30 days we are unable to provide a complete replacement or refund for any products that develop wear-and-tear over time. Please allow 2-3 business days for your inquiry to be reviewed by one of our customer service representatives. Our office hours are Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM PST.
